DEEP DRAWN STAMPING



The Deep Drawing process involves drawing a flat blank of metal into a series of die cavities or recesses to produce cylindrical shapes. It is generally referred to as a deep drawn part when the depth of the draw exceeds the width of the finished part.

Our presses are equipped to produce custom parts across a wide range of heights and diameters. Our ability to precisely control transfer press tooling to exacting specifications means our parts fit right every time.

Our engineering team is available to collaborate with you to design the most cost-effective tooling solution. Whenever possible, we use existing tools to help reduce costs, and most tooling is manufactured in-house. Globe manages the inventory and maintenance of tools for the duration of the program, with the customer only responsible for costs of tooling if design modifications are required.
